SEAN RAMADHIN, PRESIDENT AND CEO
As President and CEO of SJR Security & Investigative Consultants, Sean Ramadhin brings a host of knowledge and expertise to guide his team of finely tuned professionals in the ever changing field of Security & Investigations.
Sean began his professional career in the military, with prestigious Occupational Specialties, he began to develop his skills in basic policing, surveillance, counter surveillance and intelligence gathering. Followed by his Military service, he served many years in the private sector with Loss Prevention Management, where he was responsible for managing security and loss prevention personnel in several major department stores. This experience allowed him to further develop an understanding for interview and interrogation techniques, while acquiring skills in security management, as well as electronic surveillance. Soon, Sean’s call to the duty of service lead him back to working for Law Enforcement, first, as a Federal Police Officer with assignments as a Firearms & Defensive Tactics Instructor and Crime Prevention Officer. Then, Sean went on to the NYC Department of Correction as an Instructor and Armorer for the Firearms and Tactic Unit, which was followed by his assignment as a Criminal Investigator with the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
With the experience and knowledge, he has gained through the years, he has been able to establish SJR as an aggressively sought-after company in the industry.

SJR Social Work Consultants
Have years of experience working in social work direct practice with sex offenders at all levels, both under law enforcement supervision and in treatment facilities. Additionally, our Social Work Consultants have extensive years of working within both the Criminal Justice System, Family Court System, Safe Horizon-Victim Services (within Police precincts, courts, and community offices), Immigration Services, and Child Welfare non-for-profit agencies specifically working with families under the supervision of the NYC Administration for Children Services for cases of suspected sexual abuse.

MICHAEL MALONE
Michael is not only a former NYPD Officer but Police Officer and Detective with Suffolk County Police Department where one of his assignments was with the elite TARU unit. Michael has certifications with many federal agencies to enhance the expertise and knowledge offered to our clients. Michael has been with SJR for 3 ½ years.
RON ANDERSON
Ron not only brings his investigation experience to SJR, but a unique leadership aspect as a former Lieutenant with the NYPD. Ron has not only completed field investigations, but has conducted many supervisory level investigations and intelligence gathering.
MARTIN CREGG
Martin brings his unique experiences to SJR, as a 23-year veteran of the NYC Department of Correction’s Gang Intelligence Unit, and Criminal Investigation Bureau. Martin has conducted many cases with the NYPD, US Marshal Service, ICE, and the US Postal Service.
BRUCE KOCH
Bruce is a 22 year veteran of the NYPD and a former 1st grade detective with a Masters Degree in Social Work. With over 500 felony arrests, Bruce brings his training and expertise in Sex Crimes and child abuse to the SJR team.
MIKE FINDLEY
Mike is an NYPD Veteran who has advanced training in covert surveillance and counter surveillance techniques and heads the investigation surveillance team.
MARK WILLIAMS
Mark is a 26 year veteran of the NYPD, with a great deal of experience in specialized protection. Mark leads our Dignitary Protection & Security Services Teams.
